Leaning out of our windows you will have a privileged view of this beautiful city that does not forget its soul of the country. Leaving the house you can dive into the narrow and characteristic streets of the centre, walk at sunset between the squares, the arcades and the loggia of the town hall, get lost among the colourful stalls of the city market on Thursday and Saturday mornings, admire all the beauties of Bassano, without forgetting the "Ponte Vecchio" (“Old Bridge”) or a good glass of grappa. When you stay at the Alloggi Canova you forget the daily hustle and bustle and savour the pleasure of a real holiday in the open air, in a slow and authentic way, just like you do with good food.

We are in the historic centre, just outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), one of the most historic areas of Bassano del Grappa. A place of great charm. That's why, when you stay with us, we'd like your contribution to keep local commerce and small local excellences like ours alive. Also for this reason we will not serve you breakfast in your room, but we will suggest you where to eat the best croissants: Bassano del Grappa offers excellent typical and chain products to stay closed within four walls! Breathe fully the charm of Bassano and move around the historic centre like a true Bassanese.
Attention to the environment
lloggi Canova is NOT a luxury resort with swimming pools, a massage centre or a very expensive starred restaurant. If you choose to visit our resort, then you are choosing to visit Bassano del Grappa. We would like you to spend as much time as possible in this fascinating walled city, immersing yourself in its colours and sounds, in close contact with the inhabitants of the historic centre. We have recovered an old commercial building, adjacent to the two city squares, in a valuable urban context, far from increasingly standardised and globalised forms of tourist accommodation.
Inclusive
hen we designed our 5 rooms we wanted our guests to feel at home. We are the only non-hotel accommodation in the historic centre that is accessible to people with reduced mobility. At Alloggi Canova you will find a lift that can also be used by people in wheelchairs and rooms and bathrooms of adequate size. We have chosen furnishings that are not only beautiful and functional, but also durable and sustainable.
A holiday in harmony with the environment
e limit the use of disposable items as much as possible, and when this is not possible we opt for biodegradable products. We have restored the old doors and windows of the building, equipping them with high energy performance glass, a way of not altering the identity and charm of our structure in the historic centre without neglecting the impact of our activity on the environment. We try not to waste precious resources thanks to a "smart" management of the heating and air conditioning system, the use of LED lighting and a careful management of waste. Help us by limiting the duration of showers, or by choosing sustainable forms of mobility. We are so close to the train station and the bus stop that it would be a pity if you wasted precious time looking for a parking space! We encourage the use of bicycles and provide some free of charge.
